Returns the user’s available, pending, and confirmed pUSD amounts. pUSD is the dollar-denominated balance used for Polymarket trading through Notional.

assetIdHex is the unprefixed 23-byte Polygon ERC-20 AssetId. Amounts are decimal strings in pUSD units.

Using the Balance

A buy reserves local pUSD first, then confirmed pUSD.
pending pUSD cannot fund an order.
A positive localDeficit must be repaid before placing another buy.
A sell consumes held outcome shares rather than pUSD.
