Returns the current public status of a version 2 split or merge operation. No signature is required.

Use the actionId returned by Split and Merge. The legacy Hyperliquid merge response does not use this status contract.

The response is the inner response.data shape returned by the exchange action, without its exchange envelope. It contains only actionId, operation, adapter, and status.

Status	Meaning
`pending`	Accepted; no execution attempt is committed yet
`active`	An execution attempt is committed; completion is not yet confirmed
`needs_reconciliation`	Execution is uncertain and requires further reconciliation
`completed`	The operation completed and its balance changes were applied
`failed`	The operation failed and its reserved source funds or shares were released

operation is split or merge. The shared contract accepts hyperliquid and polymarket adapters; currently enabled version 2 operations use Polymarket. Keep checking while status is nonterminal. Neither active nor needs_reconciliation means that funds or shares are available to spend. After a terminal result, refresh assets and polymarketPositions. A malformed or zero actionId returns 400 with INVALID_FORMAT. A valid ID with no recorded operation returns 404 with NOT_FOUND. A recorded operation with status: "failed" returns HTTP 200.
