Message

{
  "channel": "predictionMeta",
  "data": {
    "isSnapshot": true,
    "metadata": {
      "outcomeMarkets": []
    },
    "updatedAt": 1701234567890

}

The initial message has isSnapshot: true. Changed payloads are published on the three-second timer with isSnapshot: false; each message replaces that channel’s complete payload. Channels update independently and do not represent one atomic cross-market snapshot.
