# Perpetual Metadata

Streams the same payload as [`perpMeta`](/api-reference/info-endpoints/perp-meta). No user address is required.

The initial message has `isSnapshot: true`. Changed payloads are published on the three-second timer with `isSnapshot: false`; each message replaces that channel's complete payload. Channels update independently and do not represent one atomic cross-market snapshot.
